- Our team starts a detailed defect check at no extra cost to ensure the unit is ready for renovation.
5. Renovation Starts Upon Permit Approval
- After defect work and management approval, renovation begins immediately. We handle all site work and coordination.
6. Handover Within 30 Days
- Your fully renovated home will be delivered on time — clean, complete, and ready to move in or rent out.(applicable for package design)
